Kim Bailey
Championship Head Coach
Kim Bailey has an Elite coaching accreditation with a decorated coaching history.
Kim is a member of Netball Victoria Coach Developer Presenter team, a Netball Victoria Talent Scout since 2014 to current, a B badged umpire, Netball Victoria Coach Mentor and Coach assessor.
- May 2021 to present -Kim's currently the Workforce Development Manager - Netball Australia
- Between Jan-May 2021 Kim was the Camberwell Girls Grammar -Netball Coordinator and Head Coach
- Since 2020 Kim has been and is currently the Western Talent Academy Lead Coach for Netball Victoria.
- In 2020 Kim was the Championship assistant coach for the Geelong Cougars
- In 2019 Kim was the Division one head coach for the Geelong Cougars
- In 2018 - Kim held the role of Coach and Umpire Development Manager - Netball Victoria
- In Nov 2018 - AFL Goldfields Netball Manager
- Between 2015-2018 – Kim was the AFL Goldfields Netball Manager
- From 2015 - 2018 Kim was the Division one Head Coach/Assistant Coach Championship for the ACU Sovereigns VNL

Kim Borger
Championship Assistant Coach / Under 23’s Head Coach
Kim Borger is a strong versitile shooter playing across both attacking circle positions.
Kim debuted for the Vixens in 2016, and subsequently received another callup in 2018 in the final round of the Super Netball season.
Kim's record is impressive, including:
- 31/33 goals at 94% accuracy before heading overseas to continue her career in the UK Super League with Team Bath
- Over 1300 goals at 92% accuracy with Team Bath between 2019-2022
Kim has earned her reputation as one of the strongest and most reliable goalers in the league
